QUINCY — Works by members of the Quincy Artists Guild will be on display Aug. 6-12 at Cheryl Loatsch Studio, 334 S. 48th. Regular hours of operation will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
Artists produced a wide variety of artwork, working with different mediums such as oils, watercolors and pastels. Guild members share new techniques and demonstrations with each other throughout the year.
If you are an artist or have always wanted to be, the Quincy Artists Guild welcomes new members eager to share the love of painting, drawing, printmaking, ceramics, jewelry and more. The guild meets every Monday at 9 a.m. at Cheryl Loatsch Studio. The membership fee is $20 per year.
