Hannibal Arts Council invites local artists to submit new works of silos, steeples – Muddy River News

HANNIBAL, Mo. – The Hannibal Arts Council seeks art submissions created by area artists from silos or steeples or both.

All media is accepted as long as it matches the current theme. Examples are paintings, photographs, sculptures and mixed media. The exhibit will be on view at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main, June 3 through July 16.

Works can be dropped off at the Hannibal Arts Council from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, May 30 or Wednesday, June 1. A work may be entered in any media category, 2-D or 3-D. Submissions will be accepted from professional and amateur artists ages 13 to adults who reside within a 50-mile radius of Hannibal. There is no charge for including the work in the exhibition and no size restrictions. All artwork must be properly framed or ready to hang. Tickets may be on sale.
